Ingredients: (Yields about 30 units) 1 1/2 cup spelt flour 1/2 cup wholt rye flour 150ml water filtered in the Midzu filter 5 Tbsp Midzu olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 dessert spoon oregano 1 dessert spoon brewer's yeast
Method:
Boil a little of the water to dissolve the salt; add the rest of the water. Mix all ingredients until you can mold the dough. Mold small and thin discs between your hands and place them over a greased pan. Bake at 130ºC for about 10 or 15 min. until golden.
Suggestion: try these crackers with Midzu dry tomato flakes and Midzu oregano ou dried basil. They are also delicious with parsley, olives, garlic or onion.
