Ingredients (2-3 people)
1 red apple
1 golden apple
1 pear
2 carrots
4 lettuce leaves
3 cabbage leaves
1 celery leaf
Recipe for Midzu Slow Juicer
Preparation:
Carefully rinse the vegetables and fruit. Peel the carrots, if they are not organic. Cut in small pieces.
Turn the slow juicer on and slowly insert the pieces of fruit and vegetables, lettuce leaves and cabbage. Press using the food propeller if necessary.
Serve immediately to preserve the properties of the ingredients, avoiding oxidation.
Tip: Use the wasted fibre for burgers or thicken foods.
This is a very nutritious juice, ideal in the morning or as a snack throughout the day.
