Hazelnut milk

Ingredients:
1.3 liters filtered water
50g hazelnuts

Recipe for Midzu Soymilk Maker

Preparation:
Soak the hazelnuts for 4 to 6 hours. Wash and rinse them afterwards.
Fill the milk maker's jar with water and add the hazelnuts.Turn on the milk maker and press “Choose” on the control panel until the indicator “Fruit/Vegetable Juice” is lit. Then, press “Start”. The machine will start the program for dried fruits and seeds. In less than 2 minutes, your drink is ready.
Run your drink through a sieve to separate the pulp.

Suggestion: use the hazelnut pulp the add to bread or cake dough or to prepare burgers or rolls, for example.
