4 quinces
3 tablespoons goji berries
150 g whole wheat flour
50 g oatmeal
1 tablespoon peruvian maca (optional)
100 g molasses
80 g vegan margarine
a pinch of cinnamon powder
1 orange
Wash the quinces and take the lumps out. Cut them into fine slices (do not need to peel them). Place the quinces into a pyrex container and add the following ingredients: a pinch of cinnamon, goji berries and the orange juice.
In a large bowl mix all the remaining ingredients and rub them with your hands. Then add the quinces and keep on rubbing the mixture until it looks like fine breadcrumbs. Bake it in the oven till the crumble is golden on top.
Serve warm or cold.
Tip: A delicious dessert full of nutrients to warm you in autumn days.
Apples can be use instead of quinces.
