Dough:
all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup molasses sugar
1 cup soy margarine
Filling:
8 apples
1 lemon
2 packs of vegan vanilla pudding
1 cup soy milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup molasses sugar
1 pack oat cream
1 tea spoon baking soda
1 pinch cinnamon
Dough:
Mix all the ingredients in a pie pan. Rub them with your fingers till you have a nice dough mixture, spread the dough trough the pie pan and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Filling:
Peel and wash the apples. Extract juice form the lemon, and place all of the ingredients in the blender, blend till is smooth.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and place the filling over the dough and spread.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
