Kombucha Sangria

Ingredients:

750 ml Kombucha
1 apple
1 orange
1 tablespoon goji berries Midzu
2 cinnamon sticks
1 sprig of mint
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Preparation:

Put the kombucha in a jar. Peel the fruit. Cut the apple into small squares. Cut the orange in two halves. Slice one half and cut each slice into four pieces. Squeeze the juice of the other half of the orange.

Add the fruit and orange juice to the jar. Add the goji berries, cinnamon sticks, a sprig of mint and the brown sugar. Stir well and refrigerate for 1-2h before serving to enhance the flavour and to refresh.

Serve very cool and if necessary with some ice.

A delicious sangria and with pro-biotic properties. A very refreshing drink for hot summer days.

NOTE: Sangria is a typical beverage from Portugal and Spain, which normally consists of chopped fruit, sweetener and an alcoholic beverage such as wine or champagne.
