450 ml soy milk
30 g dried mango
1 tablespoon lucuma powder
2 tablespoons grated coconut
1 teaspoon peruvian maca
Preparation:
Soak the dried mango in soy milk about 2 hours before preparing the smoothie, so that they are easier to crush and you get a more homogeneous drink. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a homogeneous drink.
Suggestion: Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Tips: You can prepare, easily and economically, the soy milk with a soymilk maker.
This smoothie has a tropical flavor, ideal to enjoy on hot days.
