Ingredients: 390g Midzu almond flour 100g Midzu coconut oil 225g Midzu coconut sugar 4 Tbsp Biovegan corn starch diluted in 8 Tbsp water 1 cup lukewarm orange juice 1 tsp Midzu raw cocoa powder orange zest for decorating Midzu raw cocoa nibs for decorating
Method:
Blend the melted coconut oil with the sugar and starch until creamy. In another bowl dilute the cocoa powder in the orange juice.
Cover the bottom of a serving large bowl with a layer of almond flour and pour a layer of the cream. Repeat until you finish with a cream layer. If you still have cocoa left, pour it over the whole bowl. Refrigerate for a few hours, decorate with the zest and nibs. Serve cool.
