Ingredients: 150ml Midzu coconut or olive oil 130g Midzu coconut sugar 80g powder Midzu cocoa 80g chopped Midzu raw cashews 125g kamur flour 100g Midzu purple corn flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp Biovegan cornstarch diluted in a tbsp water 100ml filtered water with the Midzu filter
Method:
Blend oil and sugar together and add the rest of the ingredients mixing well. Mold balls and flatten them between your hands. Place the cookies on a greased pan, pierce them with a fork and bake for about 10 min at 150ºC.
