Dehydrated Bars

Ingredients (approximately 12 bars):
70 g de dried mango Midzu
4 tablespoons goji berries Midzu
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons almonds
2 tablespoons cocoa powder Midzu
1 tablespoon lucuma powder Midzu
4 tablespoons grated coconut

Preparation:

Soak the goji berries, the mango and the almonds for, at least, two hours.

Drain the water and, using a food processor or a magic wand, grind all.

Add the remaining ingredients to the resulting paste and mix well to obtain a homogeneous mass.

Spread all the mixture in the Midzu dehydrator tray for raw foods and, with a spatula, spread well until the paste has uniform thickness through all the tray.

Put the tray in the dehydrator and leave the dehydrator on at 45 ºC for approximately 14 hours. After approximately about 7 hours, turn the mixture upside down to dehydrate uniformly.

At the end, cut it in bar-like pieces. You can store them in hermetically sealed glass containers for weeks.

A raw snack, healthy, gluten and sugar-free. Good for children and adults, to take everywhere.

Suggestions: if you dehydrate at higher temperature, dehydration time shortens.

Take advantage of having the dehydrator working. You can, at the same time, dehydrate some fruits or vegetables.
